Each case is made for one model only: the one in the product name. An iPhone 18 Pro case does not fit an iPhone 18 Pro Max, so check your model before you order. Where other models are available, switch with the Model buttons above.

Dubai: same day for orders placed before 4 PM. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends or on holidays go out the next business day. You get the tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Yes, within 4 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email sales@acaseitsmycase.com to start. For a different model or colour, return the item and place a new order. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, tell us within 2 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you at no cost.
